The Method RC Thread

I saw the post on facebook and would like to order a couple more hellcat bodies also.
I haven't got a 2wd SC yet (hope to have one before October) but I painted up a fresh hellcat for it when it comes!
That is if I don't end up selling it or using it for practice and tweaking my theme on a new one when I get my buggy bodies for this winter.

These bodies do have a good design and work like they say they do. Just needs a little TLC.

I shoe goo'd mine to save it as well, but most likely will not purchase another until or if they come out with a heavier duty version. In the meantime I am running the J Concepts X flow. I am going to bring both next race night and test the 2 back to back to see if I can tell a difference in handling and jumping.

both of mine didn't have any cracks out of the box. the first one i used a solid 3 months in 4x4 sc and thought it was lasting a while because of only one small crack on the front fender lip from knicking it with body scissors. then after reading the thread one night and saw what people were saying I looked harder, its getting a few small stress cracks but they aren't noticable unless you know what you're looking for. I'm sure they would eventually crack all the way through but I think it still has plenty of life in it.
One thing I like about this body is how lightweight it is, so if a thicker one becomes available I hope I can still get the original.
Also, I'm due for some new bodies for my RB5 and ZX5 for the winter season, sure would be neat to have method bodies on all my cars

I would be interested in a thicker version of a SCT as well. I don't care about a difference in weight. In fact, when one adds all the shoe goo/drywall tape to regular bodies they get much heavier... You may want to offer a Club Racer Version (Thicker) and a National Champion Version....

Hey guys. We're working on moving through some of our buggy body stock and will get some more Hellcats back in after that. In the meantime anyone who throws up some picks of their Mirage body for the TLR 22 will get a $5 coupon. Show 'em if you've got 'em!
