I used a longer screw and then shaved the end of it flush.

ok i was just trying things and was seeing that the cvd doesnt realy spin at an angle so i lifted up the a arm to make it level and it spins fine than without a problem but the right wheels spins fine when level or not level so i compared both sides and they both seem the same like setup wise. Oh and the drive pin is fine

edit_ i put the cvd pin in the wrong hole u could say. idk how to explain but its fixed just took taking it apart a couple times to try that and got it but thanks for trying to help guys

So it spins free if the Arm is level with the out drive? If that is the case there is binding on the out drive to the CVD.

Email them. Avid is fantastic at responding and communicating with customers.

Default First Buggy

Just started RC last Oct, been racing SC 10, do pretty good at club racing. Just got my WC put together and I am stoked. Drove other guys buggies around the track before trying not to break anything. They seemed awful twitchy and critical. Not knocking, but they were losi. My WC is unbelievable. Raced today and ran less than 1.5 seconds slower than the fastest guys. Don't want to toot my horn, but I will toot the buggies. Stock setup fits me fine, but what do I know. I am a noob. New favorite class. OORAH!!!!

The avids last longer? I will be ordering my wheel hexes and some bearing once they get some stock in. Might get the ceramic balls also if they are as good or better than the AE ones.

Well, your probably missing a part. best just to take the slipper off and open up the diff case and look at the manual again and make sure everything is there.

if i had to guess you are missing part of the slipper assembly. Thrust washer maybe. The inside slipper hub is probably hitting your motor plate and binding.
