I have gallons on my engines (not sure how many, but new this season) and I can not recall any time that I have started one of them without being on my Competition Heat!!!! I REALLY think it has and will extend the life of my engines, and man...they start up like a dream everytime

Those are my favorite mounts. You have to drill a hole for the extended. They make it in standard also.

They come with instructions as you need the mount first and I think you need it mounted to one side first so you can mark it for drilling but its all explained with the mount.

FEATURES: This Mount is CNC machined from
7075 aircraft grade aluminum and Black Anodized. These are designed

in the vehicle and the gear mesh is set you can remove and reinstall the

You don't need to drill any holes, this has been the case since the first one.

They give you a tank post with the mount.

No holes needed, the only thing kingheadz made where you needed to drill a hole was the extended rear brace.

Correct, it just bolts right up. I'm not sure what the other two are talking about.

mine is several years old and i had to tap a hole. That's all i am saying i believe it was for a RC8. I do see the fuel tank post with this one. Just decide if you want the extended or not. I am not crazy about the losi quick change mount.

Well that's the problem, it was far a RC8. The kingheadz mount comes with everything needed, no drilling needed. Please don't confuse people when comparing the losi to a AE product.
