You can try running a softer suspension to let your buggy rotate better through corners. Lowering the front ballstud on the front tower will give more steering coming into tight corners where as running it higher will let it steer better through sweepers. Running your rear inner ballstuds higher will take away some rear grip which will let it rotate a little better to a limit. If you run on a tight track, you can run the inner hole on the front arms and get your droop back to where it was which will let your buggy turn tighter. These are all things to try.

I was using the .5 hubs, maybe that was part of it.

That will give you more traction.

hey guys.
i am new to the buggy world. typically race SCTs but now switching over to buggies and just setup a B4.1 FT.
am wondering, are there any forums dedicated to the B4? this one is just one giant running thread all about the B4...seems kinda all-over-the-place? i am unable to locate a site where we can setup individual threads on each topic...helps quite a bit...anyone know of such a place for the B4? if not can we request it from RCTech?
thx.

Welcome to the buggy world, I think most people now-a-days all start with a SCT (or monster truck) and grow from there. There's a lot of info here, I would suggest to start reading the last 2-3 months and go from there.

I totally understand what you're saying. I am in the same boat. The best I can do is use the "search" function and hope. Most times I find what I want and go from there. Hope this helps.

I want to try the BB Spring setup, but.... My rear turnbuckles are already realy really close. How are you guys keeping the rear springs from rubbing on the rear turnbuckle? I am using lundsford punishers btw.

Need some help tuning my buggy. I just installed a RCRD +8 Chassis. The Chassis gave the car a ton more steering but I have lost some rear traction. I have trouble entering the turn coming off the streight it just wants to spin out. Forward traction is also less. I need to get this buggy hooked up in the rear. Here is my setup that worked very well with the old chassis. Let me know what you think I can change to hook up the rear a bit better.

FRONT
Camber: -1/2
Shocks: 1top 0bot
Camber Link: 1A w/ 2 Washers
Toe: 0
Ride Height: 24mm
Axle Height: Middle
Caster: 30
Bump Steer: 2mm
Shocks: Avid Yellow springs. 35 wt. AE Oil #2 piston 3 limiters

REAR
Camber: -1
Shock: 1top 1 bot
Camber Link: B1 with no washers.
Wheel base: short
Ride Height 23mm
Shocks: Avid Red Springs #2 Piston AE 30 wt. oil 2 limiters
TOE: 3degree with 2 degree anti squat

I hate to ask this, but, can someone please give me a part# or something so I can find out about this U brace. I've searched and searched the associated website but nothing about a U brace shows up.
TIA

Its the same u brace. YOu just take a dremel to it and grind it flat underneath the ballstud. I believe the C Hub is a spare included in the kit.
