The rear body clip post has been shaved off by the previous owner and I cant work out where the front one goes on a B4.

Directly in front of your Servo should be 2 post 1 solid and 1 with a hole, that's where the clip would go, i shaved mine off as well and just use Velcro. No need for Clips!

I'm running 81/18 no boost no timing, thing is way too fast. Motor barely gets to 100 degrees, 8.5 LRP.

Running a lighter battery allows the buggy to change directions a little faster. Also, you're better off keeping more of your weight towards the rear of the buggy. It's normal to have your receiver and speedo as far back as possible. My experience with adding front weight to 2wd buggies is that it limits how much the front suspension can travel which is not a very good thing. It's safe to just do what the fast guys are doing. Adding loose weight can be used to balance your buggy or it's like changing the position of your battery.

Ok, I am looking for a website that I was on about a month ago. It has a chart on it where you put in your car, motor, esc, tires, etc. Then it will give you fdr and gearing options. I have searched but I can't remember it. I know it may have been a hobby shop and this was one of their pages. If anyone can help, THANKS!
