It's a dead horse that we keep beating the crap out of. If we're going to speak about it, at least bring something new to the table (not directed at anyone in particular).

I just want to run my truck. Lack of a 63-tooth spur gear is preventing that right now.

Any new guys just joining this thread that need good advise about installing & tuning the 8mm mod ?

We'd really benefit from a comprehensive 1st post, like the losi threads.

What would you like to theory craft? Maybe we should make a theory crafting thread and in theory we could discuss theory and nothing in reality. Would that suit you?

anyone try weight in both the front and the back at the same time?

really like the 2oz behind the battery, and have been thinking about 1/2 oz on each side in the front too for awhile.

maybe all of us new people should read all 1700+ pages.... lol. The search function on this site is not that great. Its way faster to google it and let google tell you which page your info in on.

the 8mm mod is great tuning aid for rear roll center.

I tried it and personally, took it off.

it has it's place at certain track, dirt conditions, etc.......

I did, but it was only 500 pages when I did it.
