I sold my std kit weeks prior to buying the FT so didn't get a chance to directly compare, but i swear the plastics are upgraded to harder / stronger throughout the FT truck. Either that or i forgot what clean plastic looks like
They are the exact same Arm. Plastic and design.

I will 2x check b4 changing A-arms tho, but I think that's it.
Just wanted to make sure.

I had the same problem yesterday and I ended up running the correctly sized drill through the hole and it took out the binding. Believe it or not, it was mostly if not all dirt that got packed in there.

I'd suggest you build the truck and race it stock before you change things on it. Team Associated spent alot of time and effort developing the new parts and setup.

No need to change to rpm if your stock arms are fresh, correct, as said before.

The stock (or rpm) arm does not need to be broken for them to need to be replaced. Stock arms are not stiffer than rpm's buy some and find out for yourself, you'll be happier with them.

I have run the strc steering rack from the initial build in October and it is money well spent with no issues. Strc makes quality parts.

Jsut sayin...

Actually, the RPM arms are stiffer than the stock arms. While the stock arms don't break, they have been known to deform and bind.

What are the advantages of either.
I have tried 4 poles and have not been impressed by their performance...

The 550 run's cooler & smoother ..

You already have a great motor and recommend saving money or purchase
new tires or something better like the VTS slipper ect ...

My last motor was the sc4x 4.5. Great motor.
Replaced with a tenshock 411 4600kv motor and its in a whole other leauge. A lot more bottom end a little more top end. Both motors with a 13t pinion.
Runs cooler.
I thought the sc4x was a fast motor till I ran the 550 can 4 pole... I was impressed.

I have not run the pro4, I'm sure its a great motor but it costs 30% more and it's a 540 can. My $ went to the German motor.

Anyone have any pics of their rx8 installation. This looks like it is going to be a tight fit

No, you assemble the shocks yourself.
