Hi Uriah, can I use C7TGC / C8TGC plugs for my .21 on road? I couldn't get C8TGH/F in my area. Your advise needed thanks.

Try to get the c8tgh, or c9tgh. If you can't find them locally, I stock them.
The c8tgc would be the best of the plugs you have.

The M21 rod should be changed every 2.5 gallons. They will not show much stretching, but will fatigue. It will probably break in the middle of the rod, not at the bushing.

Mr M,
Thanks for the motor, it looks awesome. Starting the run in procedure this weekend. (I hate this part of the hobby .....)
Just a quick question if I may .... What is your opinion on the OS 2080 pipe and header. With motors does work really well and what kind of perforamance does it give in general ?
Thanks for all your help and support.

just put in a new sleeve piston and connecting rod can't get the motor to spin past the pinch tried heating the motor with a heat gun and still can't get it to spin and when it does it stop with the piston stuck in the pinch. i have let the heat gun sit on the motor for better the hour and it still gets stuck i spent at lease three hours trying to get this motor to start. whats the problem? something just don't seem right i never had this much of a problem with a new motor. Grinder i brought the sleeve, piston and rod from you i talked with you over the phone about this and tried to get the motor 300 degrees with the heat gun the most i could get was 200 degrees please help. i am at the point where i want to take a torch to it i bet that would open the sleeve "ha ha" please help

Make sure you have the .3mm shim under the button. Although the engine will still be able to turn over without the shim, it makes it easier with.
If you still have problems, I can break it in for you.
I'm sure you just need a little more heat to get it started for the first couple of times. The Novarossi/RB Piston/Sleeves are very tight when new.

Hmmm. My heat gun will get the engine well over 300 degrees in less than 20 seconds. 200 degrees may not be warm enough. I usually heat my new Novarossi based .12 engines up to around 250, then let them cool to around 220 before I start them. Some of the Novarossi .12 based engines require a little more heat to get rid of that metal pinch
