Hi guys new to this and was thinking of joining the VTA race series.

I had a budget and just wondering what cheap esc motor combo is recommended for the class and also is it possible to have a 1972 Nissan Skyline HT2000 as a body options too?

Most 21.5 combos with blinky mode will do the job, its just a matter of setting the rollout and setting the car up to handle the way you like
Unfortunately the Japanese cars are not allowed but there are plenty of bodies to choose from on the list.
Im sure there will be one or 2 you like the look of on there

would have to say no to the bodies, the specs for the class are on the front page

virtually any 21.5 combo works, we pretty much have every sort available. Im running Juststock esc and apex motor.

There really isnt a "standout motor + esc" combo, just go with what you can afford and work from there.

Thumbs up Ode to better days...

Ode to Memories of VTA...

Sitting at my Window raining heavy time goes by' as I sit there memory takes me to another time I sigh... Remembering Ol Backdoor and Wayward doing battle I wonder whether WAllowing Whales car's doing with its little bloody rattle...

As I sit there reminiscing of Backdoors evil thud I start to think of Punchy we lovingly call Scud! As he smacks into the barrier with a ping and crunching bang, I think to good ol times with that great VTA gang,,,,
