probably run the older beaten up 68 camaro body, havent got around to painting the new camaro body yet, have just got the trf416 (2nd hand) chassis up and running, so itching to give it a go.

As im on race control next tuesday i'll only be running one class, so will more than likely decide on the night what to run TC or VTA

the stupid 61 impala body is a pig of a fit, when using the VTA wheels, havent flared guards yet, if we ran standard wheels it would work perfectly.

Maybe we could put that on the approved body list next to the impala info?

Good about the reedy

You can rub fronts on the rear why not there is no rule to dissalow that ... Backdoor runs rears of his fronts .. no pun intended

The cop car looks great.A flashing blue light isn't hard to rig up but making it handle sliding on the roof is a bit harder but shouldn't be too hard just have to make a blue flashing led and a hard clear plastic cover

have got some flashing drift lights am installing for the first run, they probably wont last much longer than one run though

Clean a spot of paint off inside the shell and just install the light on the inside.

Or..

Hole through the roof. Light sticks out. However...as it's attached with velcro/rubber band/tape/something flexible it just gets knocked inside when having a roof moment.

it wont slide on its roof as well as it should with a blue light, so might leave it off for now. Have mounted flashing blue lights under the front and rear of the car (had them laying about from a drifter)

all i can say is DAMN the 61 Impala body is a long beasty, think it'll wallow about like a beached whale, could make cornering interesting
should be fun to give it a run, damn its been a while

Ill dig up few things that will help with the dome light for ya mate..by the way the lights the old Patrol cars used was Red not blue so a F1 Flasher would do the trick... you can also use a small clear plastic tube bottle with the bottom cut and then glued on to the roof even screwed .. I will show you how.... When we meet I will have a method and way of doing it.. all you need is a red flasher...

Looks great Ming!
You planning on pulling everyone over so you can get past?
Pretending to be racing to the scene of a crime?
