they can wear, especially in a dusty surface from what I have seen in the past.
Another option I have seen someone do is used the captured ball ends like how the sc10 4x4 does. I don't know though what parts he used exactly to do it, but that eliminated the problem for him.

the ball studs on the 4x4 and the ends.
I can post part #'s when I get home.

I have them on my truck. They are awesome. It allows you to unscrew the ball stud from the hub in back to make diff adjustments or whatever else is needed without popping the ball cup off and "weakening" the connection.

Take note. The ball stud is larger so you will have to adjust roll center to it.
it also will just re-thread the hole due to it being a little larger

My T4.1 keeps popping ballcups. They fall off real easy if i land wrong. Is this a common problem? I have other open wheel cars I race and dont have this same problem. I have tried AE cups with FT buckles and RPM cups with Lundsford buckles. What can I do here? I am lucky to make it through a race. Front seems fine its always in the rear.
I also threw out the AE ball cups, they stretched way too quickly, and I have been using the RPM ball cups.

Anyone running a tekin rs and 13.5 combo? I just found out my local track is now considering 13.5 a mod-motor so I'm going to start using boost etc...... Basically what gearing are you running on yours and what settings on the esc? Thanks

An 81/23 with average boost is what we used to run at OC/RC when boost was still available to stock, and "super stock drivers".
