you will have to fine tune a little between the shorty and full size, next time out I'm going to try the white springs in the rear, and play with the postion of the battery a little more

That's what I did. You should be very happy with the switch.

For me to get the car to "square up" I made sure the ride height, camber, and toe was right on. Made a huge difference with control.

before that, I'm going to throw in a 25c, 4000 pack. Weighs a little more then shorty but should be the nice in between almost like the wolf pack

I have always liked the zippy and gens ace batteries...

I would like some opinions on what you guys consider the best body for the B4.1 Worlds. So that would be a +8 body. I have tried the stock Bulldog, and the FTW, but am having trouble getting use to them aesthetically. The Bulldog made by Proline, seems to be a thinner Lexan, and the roofline seems to be higher almost like greenhouse windows, and the wings do not last very long. The FTW was easy to cut, but is already cracking at a few places, and the wing is pretty narrow. The Lexan seems different almost denser but more fragile. I like the Jconcepts wings, they seem thicker and more durable than most others but are pretty wide. Looking at the Finnisher, but want others to chime in. Do the different bodies affect handling. I can't tell the difference between the two I have tried, however I like the look of the FTW on the track. It seems to look lower to the ground and more stable if that make sense.

I think it all comes down to driving style. My buddy has always been an AE guy, but since I tried the 22 he did too. I could never get used to it and went to the B4. Since then, my lap times are faster than when I had the 22, and I am more consistent. Just the other day I ran my single fastest lap on the current layout with the B4. On the other hand my buddy stayed with the 22, is just as fast as I am, and is very happy with the 22. He has no plans on switching. Choose your weapon...

I'm still a rookie at driving but the way it was explained to me was that the AE design is like from 2003 and the 22 is designed on a computer and designed this year.

Im one of the few probably that went the other way lol.
I never could get the 22 tuned right for me. I was constantly chasing the setup and it was miles and miles away lol.

Hopefully the B4 is better!

I liked the jconcepts body the best with their wing. The proline felt looser

Sooo, where was the b4 designed....on a napkin? It too was designed on a computer by many extremely capable engineers...and they got it right the first time and have only made minor tweaks throughout the last 8-9 years.

Dosent mean anything. Go with what wins you races or the one you have the most fun with. New tech or High tech is not always the best.

My Losi XX was designed 100% on a computer. That was 1994!

How did you make sure it was right on? I know with my buggy it is difficult to setup because of suspension slop, ie. worn parts. Did you use a setup board? It's important to have a certain degree of slop.
