Does anybody have both that can give us a comparison?

From my testing, the Keep-On has more bottom. I ran both engines at the winternats and my times were a bit faster with the Keep-On.

Also, I really didn't feel like I lost anything running the PTS. Both engines
are very very fast!

You can't lose either way.

Default Novarossi keep-on engine
I believe the keep-on has more bottom end than most engines...
