On the Associated shock o-ring/spacer question...I run the stock red AE o-ring on top, the large white center spacer from the V1 shocks in the middle, and the Trinity black double seal on the bottom.

ok thanks mark that was me is there less stock sticktion with the clear spacer I heard it makes a pretty big difference

Yeah, it really does make a big difference. (I hated the V2 shocks when they first came out, I went back to V1's), but using the white spacer, or sanding down the black one is the way to go.
