Rickybobby,
No SCT lasts forever, none of them but one.....THE ONE AND ONLY XSCT by K2RC!! But with advances in modern science and your high level income, it's not crazy to think You can afford $245, maybe $300 on a used 808 to convert and dominate. Heck, I just read in the newspaper that they put a pig heart in some guy from Russia. Do you know what that means?

.....No? Well it probably won't last forever, but it is interesting to know that some really smart and fast guys have tested this thing and are about to release higher quality stuff like this!

Main thing to remember here....If you ain't first....you're last, and this thing goes above and beyond the competition!

haha i think that is what most have said. Unfortunately, from what i understand, there is no practical way to do this as they would either have to buy a new kit (and be stuck with half a kit), or part it together through rc america. Both options would cost more than its worth - - - - Dig up a used one so you get some upgrades and spares with it!

Wes or Kurt correct me if im wrong though

exactly, I would rather pay $500-$600 and be done with then paying $300-$500 for a buggy and then whatever else its going to be for the conversion.

Seems to be more 808 nitro rollers around than the E type.

Wonder what you'd need if you started w/ a nitro roller?

Electric motor mount? battery tray?

It would be nice to know what comes in the kit.

Luckily a buddy already scored a 808e roller, and he'll pony up for the conversion regardless of price. So, at least I'll get to drive one a little , if I don't build one of these.

He got a nice 808e roller for a $225.

Lucky me I scored two full 808e rolling chassis and a spanking new 2010 nitro roller for 600 bucks with a tone of spares!!! can't wait... I would prefer converting the nitro since im never gonna use that chassis.... The e's are my race chassis...

See if this guy can get (3) decent rollers for $600, then I don't see this kit ending up nearly as expensive as everyone's assuming. I'd wait until more info is released to see what the guys are gonna do before we all bust out our "jump to conclusions" mat!

yeah thing is with this kit you don't need the latest kit and the 2008's and all are really cheap....

What about this part, "The 2009, 2010, 2011, and the highly anticipated XB9 is compatible with the kit."

Boys, can we get some relevant information about the equipment we'll need ,beyond the chassis/drivetrain/suspension (does it matter if we only have a nitro kit or would it be more advantageous to start with an ebuggy, or it doesn't matter as your kit will address all these points), in order to get this beast operational? Also, you guys have been at this (manufacturing stuff) for a while so is it possible to get a price point for the conversion? I've got dead presidents clamoring to be set free and I'm anxious to send them in your direction. C'mon boys give us the dollars and sense for equipping this beauty!
