You can take off the ball stud without popping off the ball cup. Thats about it.

Since I didn't see an "Official RC10B4.1RTR thread" I figured this one covers the 4.1 everything?

Anyway, i was thinking about getting either a couple used 4.1s for my kids and picking up some radios.. OR picking up the 4.1 RTR brushless kits they sell now for $250.

Does anyone have any experience with the RTR kits? I'm looking for something they can have fun with, yet something that isn't going to break if they stare at it too long and also something that I can go grab parts for easily. (are team parts interchangeable? -now world I guess) Had thought of the Losi kits but they are like $150 more and I'm not sure they are worth the extra $300 for the pair I'd need to get.

Thanks Guys

If you are going to bash, I guess they are ok. If you are going to race, then you will end up spending more than if you just bought the worlds kit.

Honestly I would recommend looking into a short course truck over the b4 if you are just planning for them to use it in the yard/street. Personally I own a sc10 that is pretty durable but even that is more designed for the track. Traxxas Slash are great bash vehicles. My local track use to run a class with them and I can not even described the beatings they took and hardly ever broke. Hope this helps

Kinwald is always doing something a little different. but this looks like a standard b4 front shock that he took the hex off of. not sure why there isnt a spring on it. he might be waiting to get the right one on there.

I think it's the standard shock. Kinwald cuts down the top hex portion of his shocks for some reason.

That's actually the new Stealth crystal clear spring. Your opponents can't get a good setup from you if they can't see your springs.

Has to have an internal spring. Looks cool, but not the easiest way to change them

My guess is he is just messing with everyone..
