Is it better to send the whole motor or just the piston and sleeve? Can you do very much to the .12 cranks novarossi?

Either way is fine, and yes we can do work on the Nova .12 cranks

What's the turn around time to drill and fill a crank ??

We do the work in 1 day, but the crank need to cure in a jig for 2-3d days before we can ship it out.

Was thinking of sending my P/S of my Nitrotec for resizing but during inspection noticed a light score in the sleeve on exhaust side. Is it worth resizing or replace the whole thing?

A very light scratch won't be harmful as long as theres not tons. Sometimes they can be better removed with good cleaning and polish. I would say its pinch worthy.
