i pulled the 10.5 out of my b4, and don't get me wrong it is plenty fast, but since i have to buy a 2nd motor so i can have both cars running, i think my T4 is getting an 8.5, more or less just because its possible hahaha, by no means does my skill level need to be behind a 8.5 hahaha

I have seen a 1 piece link to the steering assembly from the servo but not something that eliminates the servo saver all together.
I believe this one eliminates it, this is the one I was referring to, but I could be wrong. This is on my "to buy" list:

The other one I like doesn't completely eliminate the servo saver, but takes out all the plastic's flex and when you crank down the spring, it might as well be eliminated entirely.

Any issues with damaging the servo? ON an SC10 probably not as much of an issue as the wheels are somewhat protected, curious though on a T4.1

I haven't.....the glued servo saver can be felt even more with the truck due to the tire size. I would do it, or buy the aftermarket one piece.

not any issues so far, just make sure you use a plastic servo arm too much aluminum = bad :P

Good stuff then. heck after seeing how a lot of the 1/8 savers are for tension, shouldn't be a big issue.

ordered 2 of them.

Be sure to report how you like it. The more opinions the better.

gotta tell you that I am not a big fan of the rpm ball cups. I feel like they just have too much flex to them, for my taste.
They do flex more than the standard AE cups, but I also believe that the flex is what keeps them from coming off during a race. A problem I've had with the standard ones. There's enough areas in the car where slop could be removed, that the slight flex of the cups shouldn't effect handling. IMO

IMO, if you can notice that flex, if there is any, you should be standing next to the Ryan's on the drivers stand.

Nice air!

If you look at the shock caps, you can see the delrin pivot balls. I have them on the lowers as well. :-)
