The racks will break often when glued if you wreck the right way. Which is precisely why the team is using the all 1 piece alum rack if they can find them. I got a couple of them, and they are great!

yup i really felt the difference. When u have a small double that comes right into a turn the car feels so smooth.

ive been using the mcmaster "X" o rings for a year or so in all my AE cars and they work great. like others have said, if you use two of them it does increase the stiction. what ive found is use a stock o ring in the upper location and the X ring on the bottom under the cap. no leaks and still very smooth... its the best of both worlds IMO

Default diff grease / oil and screw sets
what diff grease do you guys use and is there a screw set for standard sizes (non-metric for the b4) similar to

So I was at OCRC and I was asking one of the really good AE drivers there sometips on helping prevent leaking in my v2's and is this correct? Green slime in my fingers that I rub on the o-rings(AE) and then just pop them back in?

Howdy everyone, just thought I'd drop in and say hello. Just picked up my b4.1 factory team tonight....wait for it....wait for it....for free (I know I have to rub it in.) I actually won a raffle a few weeks ago at a Toys 4 Tots where I woke a Spektrum DX3S, I traded the radio at the shop I work at for a b4.1

Going to get this beast set up over Xmas, I currently run a SC10 4x4 and am a die hard Associated fan! So I guess everyone will see me posting in here now as well!

Default Making my car better
I have a B4.1 I try and race every Saturday I usually do really good.. This last time I went I figured out the best way to get around the track being somewhat fast. I have been just recently having problems with my car.

I have the camber set at -.01-.02 then I'm running shrubs and AKA rebars in the back.. They hook up really good.. But I've been breaking ball cups for some reason.. I have no idea why.. I now have RPM to replace the ones that break but if those break 2 what could be causing it? (back right closest ball cup towards the wheel and tire)

I'm not looking to get a better set-up to make it faster, I have been reading around on this thread but I dont know what I should upgrade first.. I know I have the tires and motor covered.

So here is a list of what I have done:
RTR B4.1
13.5 Sensored Brushless (Novak)
Novak Havoc 4s capable
Aluminum Hinge Pin
Shrubs
AKA Bar Codes

What else can i do to make it better?
