Default Whats this Buggy?

Hey guys, seems to be alot of "whats this?" threads here so thought maybe one of you guys could tell me what buggy this is? I`ll probably be getting it in a local trade along with an RC10 gold pan.

I hope your not trading anything name brand, This looks like a very old monster truck maybe HPI not 100% sure. but it dont look worth trading for much of anything. servos are wire tied to the chassis

Nothin of value same as gold pan. The gold pan rc10 is more of sedamental value, not really worth anything to most people. I gave 2 gold pans away because they weren't important to me and my buddies got stolen. But my guess is hpi from looks of shocks, screws, and metals.

Im not sure how old it is or what it is but just by some of the parts it looks hpi/hb. it can be a custom chassis, but the diff cases look like hb, upper arms look like hb lightning if i remember right, and shocks look similar to.

the skinny shock towers and phillips head screws give it away

Ofna Pirate M1

Servos and fuel tank relocated on this chassis. But matching up the front end steering assemble, center diff , rear body posts, and shocks.

Buggy dates back to the early 90's

Haha thanks alot guys! Hmmm still not sure though lol. I didnt really plan on fixing it up, mainly just gonna get another roller of some sort and use the engine (does look like an O.S) etc, he said he just put a $200 servo in it, but.. I was going to trade a first gen T-Maxx and hes gonna ad $70 bucks, and honestly I really like the old RC10s, but I dont know

its not an ofna pirate of that kyosho, from upper arms are different than both of those. It is however from that vintage, many similarities in design between the 3 buggies
