just ordered the Exotek chassis.

Do you guys agree with their logic that it's better to run the saddlepacks side by side rather than down the middle?

So you save $10 on the chassis weight, and $30 on the brace (Assuming you go with fastlaps) + you get a new center chassis $12. Then the real cost of the exo is really just $48...not bad.

Before I bought the Exotek chassis, I ran the B44.1 brackets and had the saddle batteries towards the front of the truck. I felt that the truck ran better with the weight forward. I just placed my order for there bracket kit. Even if you don't get the Exotek chassis, there saddle pack brackets are a lot cheaper then going with the B44.1 brackets.

ditto, im also nt confident i could make ten min mains without worry running saddle packs. with my 6000mah HV packs, no worries

I believe those go under the shock piston to limit down travel.
