How many folks do you foresee running foams, and how frequently? If it's only a few, yellows or grey-lows will be a necessity. If you get ten or so, a few weeks should groove the track in fairly well.

You could check with the owners and see if spraying is a possibility. If it is, cut the track's preferred traction with 3 times as much alcohol, and spray the straight and sweeper lightly with that solution. After doing so, the track should groove in rather quickly.
