Hi Chris,
The number of times a sleeve can be resized is all dependent on amount previous resizing. I have customers that are very anal with their engines performance , sending their P+S sets (no sealing surface finish issues)in every few gallons for a 'LIGHT" resizing and with that said have seen those sets as many as (3) Services. While others send me extremely loose sets with poor sealing surface finish conditions that are good for (1) service only. The sleeves case fittment can only be altered so much befor performance will be compromised un acceptably. I look at each set individualy.
