The new Ninja has a smaller diameter piston/liner (due to the longer stroke) than the old one. The new crank has a longer throw (to acheive the longer stroke) than the old one, so in short, no they are not interchangeable.

It might be interesting if the OD of the new liner is the same as the old one, you could put the items you mentioned together, and it might be a Ninja .19 ??
