Seems to be a difference of opinion on where to put the holes . Wheels vs Tires . I spoke with several Pro's at the track today . Most have holes in the wheels . I put 2 holes in each wheel . The lumps came right out of the front tires as soon as I made the holes . So I am good to go .
I have holes in all my SC truck wheels . The idea being to prevent the tire from ballooning and create/keep a larger contact patch with the track surface .
Was not sure if that was needed with the little front buggy tires , but I guess it is .
I am running the red AKA foams in the rear with proline suburbs and proline foams in the front with proline scrubs tires .
I bought a LRP SXX stock spec speedo yesterday . Ran it today . Holy Shit !!! What an awesome speedo . Makes my old Novak Havoc Pro feel like donkey dung . It is so smooth . The braking and the speed are amazing !!!! I really feel like I am going to do well racing this buggy .
