Was it unreasonable of me to wonder if the two were connected?

I would like an apology from you on this point.
VTX1 was having a totally new circuit layout after Snowbird 2011. It has been in lab testing for 2+ months in order to get the optimized BEC performance. We are getting new prototype sample for drivers to test in few weeks.
