When I recently got my rtr, I thought I would be getting a Castle 3800 asap. As a new driver, I have discovered that the stock 3300 is plenty as long as the track is set up for it. Probably most tracks are designed so that stock brushed and brushless motors can compete. In my case, practice far outweighs motor power. Good luck and enjoy your new RS. That would have been my choice if they had been available several months ago. If you already have electonics, the FT is probably the way to go. By the way, I put a high speed servo in my sc10 and it made a huge difference. If the stock RS servo is like mine, that would be my first upgrade.
