yup. page 28.
It tells you how to install it. It doesn't tell you about setting. It just says "tighten if clutch slips excessively while driving" and tells you to set the nut with 3.5mm of threads sticking out past it.

Maybe that's why ThunderbirdJunkie's truck looks a bit narrow with the SCTE wheels on it.
