I would double check to make sure the steering servo arm and servo saver are set up correctly as well as the end point adjustment on the radio and maybe even check to see that the steering turnbuckles are the same length.
If that all checks out, I would compare my tires to the faster guys tires and the review the overall set up.
I was able to resolve a similar issue by moving the hinge pins on the rear hubs to the upper holes and went back to the old 'larger' steering rack. After doing that, my car was much more predictable.
