its the 2nd set screw you see that adjusts the shift point. they are very tempermental so make small adjustments 1/8 turn at a time. I would turn it all the way clockwise, counting your turns of course so you know where it is now, then take it out and give it a drop of locktite, they tend to back out eventually. good luck. And I wouldnt recommend winding it all the way out, you want the truck to shift at the top of the engines powerband, when it shifts into 2nd you should see a burst of speed as it shifts
