Yep J-DUB's plastic hubs work well. But if you're looking for aluminum hubs that accept the 16mm bearing, KHZ is pretty much your only option.

Bad idea IMO. Not only do you need to open the diameter to 16mm, you also have to deepen the race to 5mm. Trying to do all of that by hand with a dremel is way to inaccurate IMO. You will end up out of round and the bearing will end up cocked in the race. Not good.
