You are too rich on the top end by the sound of it. Come in 1/16th of a turn at a time on the HSN until you get clean running mid range and up to WOT. Now go back and reset the bottom end for a crisp take off. The HSN is very sensitive and only needs very small adjustments. The difference between what you describe and a good top end tune is probably only 1/8 to 1/4 turn max. Just go 1/16th at a time and test it with a run after each adjustment until you get it right.
