Run 1 x alloy .3mm shim and 2 x copper .1mm shims for a total of .5mm.
This is factory standard and sweet for 25%. I would run a medium temp plug on 25% (O'Donnell 97T or similar), just my preference (might be better at that altitude too - maybe a little more run time ?, not sure).

Try .75 turns in from flush on the top, and 1.25 turns in from flush on the bottom. This will be in the ball park, probably a little rich which is good to start with - tune from there.
