Yep, I sent him a PM back about this. If the carb catches on the o-rings you can just take a pen, pencil or some other type of non-metalic object and just run it around the o-ring in the case. This will make sure the o-ring is seated properly in the groove that is machined for it in the case. Once you do this everything should pop together.
