I can't really justify one this season. My Stage 5 5 Port with 2072 is all I need at present. Keeping that for special events and the Nats. The trusty 7 Port is the club motor for most race days. If or when one of them expires, I will see whats hot at the time and do the deal. In the mean time the money would be better spent on good tyres etc at my level I reckon.

I just threw my sanity out the window..but like you I'm planning on keeping the MG66 for competitions and using the 7 port I just ressurrected for club days and practice...off topic..I just switched my shocks to kyosho's latest taper drilled pistons..incredible ...the taper means they are soft and supple over the small stuff but on big jumps etc the harder you hit the faster they pack up...totally stopped my chassis grounding without raising the ride height or losing the smooth feel I like on the faster sections of the track..
