Im not sure why someone working for them would tell you it should. I agree with you that re-wiring it to work is not a good solution. However I think you should try the product in its intended manner before spreading the word that it is junk. If someone at Castle told you it should work in your setup, then maybe you are justified in complaining about the customer service though.
I appreciate your honest opinion and I don't have any plans to purchase another car for it to possibly work for me as that was not what I bought it for. I only intend to own this one carpet use pan car. You must have known from 1st or 2nd hand experience that it wouldn't work.
Maybe you should apply for a job with CC as a tech support agent, I think you would have saved them from me.
