I like to say thank you to John G at futaba. I bought a 3pk at my local hobby shop last week and a part was missing. I should have checked to see if everything was there before I bought it because I have had problems in the past with them trying to pass off used servos as new luckly the did not clean the servo very well and when I took it out of the package there was dirt at the bottom of the box

I emailed futaba last night to try to get a part number so I could order the part and by 8:00 this morning they had responded and they are sending the part to me free of charge. Just by responding so quickly they prove that customer service is important to them
