I like to say thank you to John G at futaba. I bought a 3pk at my local hobby shop last week and a part was missing. I should have checked to see if everything was there before I bought it because I have had problems in the past with them trying to pass off used servos as new luckly the did not clean the servo very well and when I took it out of the package there was dirt at the bottom of the box
I emailed futaba last night to try to get a part number so I could order the part and by 8:00 this morning they had responded and they are sending the part to me free of charge. Just by responding so quickly they prove that customer service is important to them

Its amazing you are still supporting lhs. Does the owner know what's been going on? That borders on fraud, to use something like that and put it back in th box as sell it as new. And now your new 3PK was missing something out of the box? Not sure I could/wopuld be going back there.
