I will however state that in 10 years of shopping online, 5 years of RC car racing, being an Ebay powerseller myself with a 100% rating, I have NEVER experienced customer service as poor as my experience with Maxamps. That is MY experience.
I will never be buying from them again, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

I have seen this before; some people can under no amount of effort be made happy. the solution we apply is simple, if we bend over backwards to make it right and can't the guy is invited to not come back. And you, I would black list in a heart beat.
I have a much better opinion of MaxAmps policy after reading this thread, thank you for exposing the lengths they will go to work with an irate customer who would rather flame them than get what he paid for.
