Why would you change the ballbearings?
If they are fine then they do not have to be replaced......
After a galon a new conrod is wise to do.

If you want to change the bearings it is your choice to use steel or ceramic. Ceramic always seems to be better but on the track you won't see the difference exept if you are a top level driver. If you want to save some money just go for steel bearings.
