I have the feeling 2005, 2006, 2007 production of novarossi glowplugs were not long lasting as they were in 2003. The glow plugs have short life span, sometimes last only 20 - 30 minutes. It seems the glow plugs cannot stand long period of high operating temperatures ( I live in tropical country ). Lately I have to prepare 3 - 4 glow plugs for 1 day racing ( 1/10 engine ), and 4-5 glow plugs for 1/8 . Currently my glow plugs are easy to die resulted from high operating temperature ( 110 C )

Anyone have the same feeling ?
Honestly man, I think theres either something wrong with your fuel, or the tuning is a tad off. I would guess fuel maybe. There is no way you should be going through 4-5 glow plugs in one race day. You should only really need 1 or 2 spare plugs in case you blow one..but 5 is rediculous!
I very rarely go through plugs, using Runnertime. However I change the plug once every 2 meets, just as a pre-caution.
but yeh, what fuel you running?
cheers
