I have two of them, mine which has some issue with the controller from my kids getting into the shop and playing drums on it. The price they wanted to fix it was nuts, so I just switched to the Hoffman I had bought that we could not get to work right back when I got it. A few years ago, I obtained all of the old Orion USA equipment that was being scrapped, so I have their fully functional and barely used Heins. They felt it was too slow, so they used a Hoffman.
What do you need to know? What are you attempting to balance...actual brushed arms or you trying to convert it to brushless rotor use? (not sure you are gonna like the answer to this one).
I unfortunately don't have a copy of the manual in digital form, but I do have a hard copy. I got one of the very last ones they ever made for RC armatures, might even be the last one. They kinda gave mixed answers over the years. They went out of business years back and an employee kinda restarted it with a new name. Looks like they are still around,
https://westcoastbalancing.com/ ....they may still have the manual in digital form. I know at one point he was offering services and parts on the old Heins machines, but be prepared for sticker shock. He even had an upgrade digital control box for the machine, but the price was more than my original machine was.
