If you have those shock/multi tool from Hudy or the likes with a pivot ball insert tool it makes the install much easier.

As for the caster, without a caster tool, you could use the 2.5mm wrench and stick it on the pivot ball on the upright and eyeball the caster from the setup station, or use an angle finder similar to the one shown below and eyeball the angle.OR you can stick a digital angle finder on the wrench (provided your wrench is long enough to stick the digital gauge that way).
