I had to splice the 3 wire ribbon cable which connects to receiver. I think I made a good splice but esc is not working. Red light blinks and beeps continually like its in calibrate mode. There is a chance I plugged in backwards to receiver, all wires are black. Is there a chance I blew the esc by plugging in backwards to receiver or suspect splice? When I first powered car up the servo worked but motor did not. Now just flashing red light and beeps. I was able to connect programmer to esc and seemed to read properly. Is it possible to blow the esc by plugging in backwards to Juststock esc?
Plugging in backwards to the receiver shouldn't have damaged it. The splice may not be good.
