I repaired mine because it just turned out to be the fuses were blown on one side. Nick Adams has a number of videos of how to repair iChargers. Here's one on the fuses: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YT_eKgLiIgo&t=403s

And before you ask me to repair yours, it would be cheaper to buy a new one than to pay what I would charge. I only charge $10 per hour for my work but it takes me 100's of hours to do any repairs (I'm extremely slow).

EDIT: I just remembered, someone said that Buddy RC may repair ichargers, try them.
