If you bought it from Progressive, send it to them. If not, try contacting the shop you bought it from, they may have it fixed for you. If not, then send it back to Junsi and wait a long time.
I repaired mine because it just turned out to be the fuses were blown on one side. Nick Adams has a number of videos of how to repair iChargers. Here's one on the fuses:
And before you ask me to repair yours, it would be cheaper to buy a new one then to pay what I would charge. I only charge $10 per hour for my work but it takes me 100's of hours to do any repairs (I'm extremely slow).
EDIT: I just remembered, someone said that Buddy RC may repair ichargers, try them.
