Stock springs
10k damper oil
1 mil droop rear pod
slight toe out on front
checked for tweak and it’s good
dope full rear and half inside front
Everything else is as the manual said to start with.
Running 21.5 motor, 1s battery and 78 spur, 51 pinion (track rules).
From a standing start it will turn left on hard acceleration. Might be because of the spool, but I’m not sure. Straight away and sweeper are fine, gets loose on the inside track and have to be carful with the throttle and steering.
I have some 1/12 experience, but could use some help on this from anyone who runs rubber tire. I have run the car with foam and didn’t have these problems so I’m guessing I need to make changes for rubber.
A spool can be a handful even with foam
tyres until the grip comes up. You definitely don’t want to be using a spool with rubber tyres.
