I contacted CS to identify the discrepancy and was promised to get a credit for the difference, so I placed the order and was only credited $16, so was still charged $21 for shipping (plus the original $9 it cost to ship the parts to TEKNO)... facepalm

The current brand that I am running charges me $6.50 flat shipping (one way), regardless of the size of the order
Many places will also offer free shipping on orders over $100.

Regardless, the whole issue with shipping could be eliminated if Dealers would be able to process the warranty claims.
