It could be that the molding on the a-arm is snug around the hingepin. we see this even in race kits. A nice hole reamer will open that right on up so the pin can drop right on through, or, as you use the vehicle it will free up. Still check to see if the hingepin is bent of course.
For those looking for a servo option, the D135F is the metal gear version of the D115F. I haven't really notice gear strippage issues with the D115F, we in general just got the D135Fs here as an upgrade on the LC Racing kits. Spektrum also has a servo that may work, though not sure its any better than the Batan ones from what we have seen.
I am hopeful this takes off to support the class and AE makes a kit version that includes sway bars and some other upgrades. A nice servo mount that would allow you to use bigger servos would be cool.
