You might need something slightly stronger then. I'm using a spring and it's not strong at all, it doesn't close the throttle completely when the engine is off, but with vibrations it will close it pretty quickly.
Just a thought, if you had the servo for some time it might need to be serviced, it can collect a lot of dirt inside.
